Cancellation Policy

• Private 1-to-1 Reformer classes are by appointment only. • To book an appointment, please select an available appointment time on our booking page. Alternatively you can request an appointment via email or through our website enquiry form. • Payment is required in advance to secure your session. A payment link will be provided once your appointment is confirmed. • Gift vouchers and discount codes must be applied at the time of booking and cannot be added after payment is processed. • Clients must create an account and complete a health waiver before attending their session. • Private sessions are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to instructor availability. • If you need to reschedule or transfer your session, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. • Late cancellations (within 24 hours) and no-shows will result in the loss of the session without refund or credit. • Clients must be over 16 years of age, with parental or guardian consent if under 18. • Please inform your instructor of any health issues prior to your session. • For safety, clients must attend in bare feet or grip socks (non-grip socks are not permitted on the machines).
