Utilising the unique spring system and bars of the Pilates Tower apparatus, this session adds a new dimension of resistance and deep stretching to your workout. Becca’s expert guidance ensures every movement is executed with precision, challenging your stability and allowing for deep, targeted muscle isolation. It is an excellent choice for improving spinal articulation, correcting physical imbalances, and building functional, full-body alignment. What to Expect: The Vibe: Intimate, focused, and deeply restorative yet challenging. This is essentially a masterclass in control, guided by Becca’s keen eye for technical detail. The Focus: Independent limb work and targeted muscle isolation. The Tower’s individual spring-loaded tension means your stronger side cannot compensate for your weaker side, ensuring a beautifully balanced, full-body workout. The Pace: Deliberate and controlled.
